Workshop Packages

Single Session
Length: 60–120 minutes
Purpose: Standalone, focused on one skill or theme.
Example: Mindfulness & Stress Management (Wellbeing) or Public Speaking for Confidence (Leadership).
Ideal For: Taster sessions, enrichment days, or quick interventions.

Half-Day Workshop
Length: 3–4 hours
Purpose: More interactive, allowing for deeper exploration, practical activities, and reflection.
Example: Creative Expression Through Art (Arts) delivered with both guided practice and a showcase element.
Ideal For: School off-timetable days, PSHE days, or small group interventions.

Themed Full Day / Workshop Series
Length: 1 full day OR 3–4 sessions across a term
Purpose: Provides a mini-journey within one pillar, building skills and confidence over time.
Example:

Leadership in Action — teamwork, decision-making, and public speaking (Leadership).

Healthy Body, Healthy Mind — fitness, resilience, and nutrition (Wellbeing).
Ideal For: Targeted cohorts, transition programmes, or pupils at risk of disengagement.

Integrated Programme Workshops
Length: Tailored over 6–12 weeks
Purpose: Workshops build into one of ElevatEd’s core programmes (Wellbeing, Leadership, Sport, Arts, Achievement).
Example: A 6-week Resilience Pathway with one workshop per week.
Ideal For: Sustained intervention, alternative provision placements, or school partnerships
